To ensure the authenticity of user accounts and prevent fraud, we carry out remote address verification as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Here's how it works:
- Upon registration, your device’s location is passively monitored over a limited period of three (3) days.
- This helps verify that the address you provided is valid and consistent with your physical location during this short window.
After the 3-day verification:
- Location tracking is automatically turned off.
- Only your verified address is securely stored in our records.
- All other location data collected during the tracking period is permanently deleted.
- You will not be tracked thereafter, and we do not use your location data for advertising or profiling.
This process ensures we create a secure and trusted environment for all users, while protecting your privacy.
5. Financial Services via Mobile App
While ticketing is the primary function of this site, users may:
- Initiate bill payment flows for event-related services
- Be redirected to the app for wallet payments, address verification, and other fintech services
- Review mobile banking tools via cross-platform referral
Financial data (balances, transaction history, mobile banking usage) is only accessible via the app.
